I saw so many good reviews and was so excited to receive my bike. It came a day late but that wasn’t a big deal. It comes with the major parts assembled, but the rest you will have to figure it out yourself because there was no instructions. Also it came with not seat post! The reseller is Fox Home Goods LLC, I had contacted them in hopes to get a replacement for the seat post but they only offered a refund, no additional information about the size or where I can get a replacement/one that could fit. I’ve spent awhile now trying to find out what diameter to get (this is my first bike so I have NO IDEA what im doing). Their responses are also slow. I was very excited and was disappointed. I’d say the bike itself is probably really nice, but the reseller I bought from was not the best choice.
