To be eligible for a return:
- the item must be unused
- the item must be in its original condition
- the item must be in its original packaging

Return Shipping Costs
- For standard returns (change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- In the case of a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, return shipping costs may be covered by us after review
Refund Conditions

- the returned item meets all eligibility conditions
- a verified issue has occurred during delivery
- the product is defective or incorrect

Refund Process
Once the return is received and inspected:
- for change-of-mind returns, if approved, the refund will be issued in the form of store credit only, valid for use on our website
- for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, if approved, the refund may be issued to the original payment method, or store credit may be offered, or a replacement may be provided

Non-Refundable Situations

- insufficient information is provided to support the claim
Delivery Issues
If an issue occurs during delivery, such as a missing package:
