The speedlight head delivers a familiar, directional on-camera flash look and can be shaped using optional softboxes, beauty dishes, or umbrellas, while the bare bulb head features a removable flash tube that emits 360° soft, bright, near-shadowless light with optional reflectors for added beam control. Offering 200Ws of power adjustable across a wide 9-stop range from 1/256 to 1/1 in precise 1/10-stop increments, the AD200Pro recycles in as little as 0.01 seconds with a maximum of approximately 1.8 seconds at full power, and delivers flash durations as short as 1/15,380 sec. Powered by a removable 14.4V / 2900mAh lithium battery, it provides up to 500 full-power flashes and thousands at lower outputs.
