Very impressed with Arrow technical support! Sometimes technology just fails to work or outright breaks — it’s just a law of the universe. Nothing ALWAYS works as planned. See SPACE SHUTTLE, CHALLENGER. That said, I was disappointed when my new Arrow T50PBN Staple and Nail Gun stopped working after only about a month — and me only using it on the occasional weekend project during that time. I mean, how many staples do you use in a few occasional weekend projects? So I wrote a pissy, testy letter (which I now regret) to Arrow Corporation, and wrote it off in my mind as The Death of American Industry. We used to make stuff in this country but we don’t any more, amirite?I am wrong. I got back a package from Arrow with a HAND-WRITTEN and VERY SINCERE and SPECIFICALLY TECHNICAL description of what little piece of metal was bent that prevented the whole thing from working, and how RICHARD personally fixed it, and how it works fine now and since Richard was sorry for the inconvenience it had caused me he was sending back my original staple gun repaired, but also including for free a brand new REPLACEMENT staple gun AND — AND! — a variety sampler pack of all the different types and varieties of staples (which I didn’t know existed) so now not only is my faith in Arrow Corporation restored, but also my faith in American manufacturing and humanity in general.Here’s the bottom line: This is a really good staple gun and it works great and is fun to use with the little rubber grip and the solid heft and good mechanical action, and sometimes, also, because the universe is a complicated place, machinery malfunctions. The point is, they made it right. Both the original tool itself, which they made right, and the snippy customer complaint, which they also made right. You can’t ask for more. Buy this staple gun — you will not be sorry.
